Rejuvenated! Myofascia massage, stretch and lymph drainage did wonders in opening me up. I felt like a new woman leaving simply after 1 appointment. Amazing what a difference this appointment made.

Loretta is a very knowledgeable therapist.
Her techniques are gentle enough that they do not leave me in pain and thorough enough that they are effective on my problem areas.
She has helped me alleviate back pain on many occasions caused by my scoliosis and work.
I highly recommend anyone to see her, especially if they are experiencing limitations like lack of range of motion in the shoulder or low back pain or chronic sciatica. She can help with all of these issues. Even for people who are not having chronic issues with pain, her techniques will help you to increase range of motion and flexibility, plus she is a very knowledgeable trainer as well and can give you exercises that will keep you from having a reoccurring problem.

I’ve seen Loretta a few times now for back pain, and every session has been amazing — but I noticed huge relief even after just one visit. The difference was immediate. This isn’t a regular massage, it’s real bodywork that gets into the fascia and releases so much built-up tension. My posture felt better, my back pain eased up, and I could move more freely right away.
At first, I’ll admit I was a little intimidated by the hanging contraption she used. But once Loretta explained it and showed me how it worked, I was amazed at how effective it was. It really helped stretch and release areas I didn’t even realize were so tight. Now I love it!
Loretta has a deep knowledge of the body and explains what she’s doing in a way that makes sense. You can tell she has years of experience, and she really cares about helping you feel better long-term, not just giving temporary relief.

There is no one that has a touch like Loretta. My journey of body work with her has been life changing. I had chronic neck pain, and with her consistent treatment and guidance, I feel better than I have in years and also have the best posture of my life! I just love Loretta’s Body and Skin Care.

Loretta is a master… She has been involved in bodywork for most of her life. I’m here as a testament to her healing abilities. I spent most of my adult life with neck and lower back pain. Her stretching method and moshing therapy literally takes the stress, tension and anxiety away from my body. Everyone she touches knows how amazing she is.🙏

I’ve been seeing Loretta for two years. I’ve also tried everything - and I do mean everything - to resolve an ongoing soft tissue disorder and chronic pain. Loretta was the first therapist I found who knew and spoke the language of fascia. She educated me, helped me understand the actual origin of my pain and
—rather than just do a generic deep tissue massage—she started a protocol that addressed my years of neck and back pain that nobody else has ever been able to effectively treat. Body therapy spa has been a life saver! The staff is incredible and has helped me with flexibility, stretching, muscle aches and tension as well as my overall wellness. I would highly recommend them and have had a 5 star experience every time!!!
Body therapy spa really helped me with the tons of knots in my back. After several sessions, I also noticed I was so much more loose , relaxed and flexible. There’s really something to this whole fascia thing.
I have never been to a place where they did so many different techniques. Everyone there is amazing! I also got a great facial!!

I started coming there because I had sciatica issues, after a few sessions it was gone, then I saw they do all kinds of stuff so now I get these amazing facials! Try the face cupping one or the fascia facelift It’s incredible! Highly recommend this place! Very knowledgeable staff.

I don't live in FL, but I travel for work. And after booking my flight the next thing I do is book 2 hours with Loretta. She's been working on my shoulder/rotator cuff/lat pain consistently for more than a year and she is the ONLY person I've found who listens to what I need, has the expertise to resolve it, and truly wants to help me understand the mechanics of my body and how to get out of pain. I'm so grateful to her.
